Product Manager - partner integrations (Madison, WI)

Ironwood Umber Facilities is a facilities company in Madison with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Product Manager to lead our partner integrations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around work orders and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with work orders or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
