Product Manager - partner integrations (Madison, WI)

Nova Pine Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Madison. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on partner integrations. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Madison. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around account servicing and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
