Product Manager - partner integrations (Louisville, KY)

Bright Willow Insurance is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on partner integrations for underwriting files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around underwriting files and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
