Product Manager - partner integrations (Knoxville, TN)

Silverline Forge Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Knoxville. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on partner integrations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around family communication and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with family communication or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
