Product Manager - partner integrations (Jacksonville, FL)

Northwind Corner Insurance Group is an insurance company in Jacksonville with claims and service teams, and we need a Product Manager to lead our partner integrations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around premium billing and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
