Product Manager - partner integrations (Jacksonville, FL)

Silverline Loom Insurance is an insurance company in Jacksonville with claims and service teams, and we need a Product Manager to lead our partner integrations. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around catastrophe response and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
