Product Manager - partner integrations (Jacksonville, FL)

Nova Beacon Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Jacksonville. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on partner integrations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around payment disputes and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with payment disputes or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
