Product Manager - partner integrations (Jacksonville, FL)

Silverline Loom Insurance is an insurance company in Jacksonville with claims and service teams, and we need a Product Manager to lead our partner integrations. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around underwriting files and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with underwriting files or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
