Product Manager - partner integrations (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Westbrook North Insurance Group and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be partner integrations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around claims and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with claims or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
