Product Manager - partner integrations (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Lumen Summit Financial and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be partner integrations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
