Product Manager - partner integrations (Houston, TX)

Bright Ridge Medical designs and makes medical devices in Houston. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on partner integrations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around complaint handling and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
