Product Manager - partner integrations (Honolulu, HI)

Lumen Sparrow Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Honolulu, and we need a Product Manager to lead our partner integrations. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with licensing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
