Product Manager - partner integrations (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Silverline Thistle Insurance and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be partner integrations. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around catastrophe response and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with catastrophe response or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
