Product Manager - partner integrations (Grand Rapids, MI)

Lumen Glen Facilities Group cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Grand Rapids. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on partner integrations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around contractor visits and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with contractor visits or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
