Product Manager - partner integrations (Fresno, CA)

Harborlight Birch Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Fresno, and we need a Product Manager to lead our partner integrations. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around client records and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with client records or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
