Product Manager - partner integrations (Fresno, CA)

Northwind Wren Care Services supports families and individuals in Fresno with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on partner integrations. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around visit scheduling and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with visit scheduling or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
