Product Manager - partner integrations (Detroit, MI)

Bluepeak Kestrel Financial is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on partner integrations for regulatory reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around regulatory reports and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with regulatory reports or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
