Product Manager - partner integrations (Des Moines, IA)

Silverline Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Des Moines serving households and small businesses, and we need a Product Manager to lead our partner integrations. You would join a small organisation of about 110 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around card disputes and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
