Product Manager - partner integrations (Des Moines, IA)

Cedar Ember Financial Group is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on partner integrations for customer onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around customer onboarding and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with customer onboarding or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
