Product Manager - partner integrations (Cleveland, OH)

Greenridge Hollow Care Services supports families and individuals in Cleveland with personal care and coordination, and we need a Product Manager to lead our partner integrations. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around care plans and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with care plans or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
