Product Manager - partner integrations (Chicago, IL)

Summit Mill Care Services Group is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on partner integrations for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around visit scheduling and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
