Product Manager - partner integrations (Chicago, IL)

Highbridge Mill Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Chicago. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on partner integrations. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around family communication and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with family communication or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
