Product Manager - partner integrations (Charleston, SC)

Harborlight Keystone Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Charleston, and we need a Product Manager to lead our partner integrations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around family communication and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with family communication or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
