Product Manager - partner integrations (Charleston, SC)

Fernwood Orchard Facilities looks after properties across the Charleston region. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on partner integrations. You would join a small organisation of about 132 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around cleaning schedules and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with cleaning schedules or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
