Product Manager - partner integrations (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Amber Medical Group and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be partner integrations. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around complaint handling and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
