Product Manager - partner integrations (Birmingham, AL)

Lumen Junction Pharma develops and makes medicines in Birmingham. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on partner integrations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around clinical studies and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with clinical studies or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
