Product Manager - partner integrations (Birmingham, AL)

Northwind Cedar Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Birmingham, and we need a Product Manager to lead our partner integrations. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around account openings and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with account openings or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
