Product Manager - partner integrations (Baltimore, MD)

Nova Granite Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Baltimore, and we need a Product Manager to lead our partner integrations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around promotions and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with promotions or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
