Product Manager - partner integrations (Baltimore, MD)

Ironwood Junction Markets Group operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Baltimore, and we need a Product Manager to lead our partner integrations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
