Product Manager - partner integrations (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Cedar Union Banking Services and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be partner integrations. You would join a small organisation of about 52 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
