Product Manager - partner integrations (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Beacon Markets and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be partner integrations. You would join a small organisation of about 52 people based in Austin. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around supplier deliveries and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with supplier deliveries or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
