Product Manager - online ordering (Wichita, KS)

Foxglove Ember Markets is a Wichita grocery business with four stores and an online ordering service that has outgrown its first version. We are hiring a full-time product manager who can work remotely. What you will do • Work with store managers, pickers and drivers to learn what slows online orders down. • Set priorities and manage a small outside development team. • Measure order accuracy, substitution rates and customer satisfaction. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, ideally in retail or delivery. • Practical and collaborative, with a good sense for customers. Full-time and remote, with visits to the Wichita stores each month.
