Product Manager - onboarding flows (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Harbor Care Services and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around care plans and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with care plans or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
