Product Manager - onboarding flows (Wichita, KS)

Clearpath Wren Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Wichita, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. You would join a small organisation of about 120 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
