Product Manager - onboarding flows (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Silverline Juniper Facilities and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around supply orders and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with supply orders or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
