Product Manager - onboarding flows (Virginia Beach, VA)

Bright Iron Medical is a Virginia Beach company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around device records and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with device records or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
