Product Manager - onboarding flows (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Summit Corner Insurance and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. You would join a small organisation of about 182 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around underwriting files and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
