Product Manager - onboarding flows (Virginia Beach, VA)

Nova Orchard Facilities looks after properties across the Virginia Beach region. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. You would join a small organisation of about 97 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around contractor visits and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
