Product Manager - onboarding flows (Tulsa, OK)

Bright Ashton Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Tulsa serving households and small businesses, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around deposit accounts and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with deposit accounts or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
