Product Manager - onboarding flows (Tulsa, OK)

Bluepeak Beacon Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Tulsa producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around release testing and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with release testing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
