Product Manager - onboarding flows (Tulsa, OK)

Ironwood Drift Care Services provides in-home and community support in Tulsa. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around visit scheduling and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
