Product Manager - onboarding flows (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Lantern Pharma and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around clinical studies and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with clinical studies or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
