Product Manager - onboarding flows (Toledo, OH)

Northwind Pike Markets is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for shrink and waste, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around shrink and waste and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
