Product Manager - onboarding flows (Tampa, FL)

Greenridge Timber Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Tampa, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around complaint handling and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
