Product Manager - onboarding flows (Tampa, FL)

Silverline Field Markets is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around online orders and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with online orders or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
