Product Manager - onboarding flows (Tampa, FL)

Cedar Meadow Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Tampa. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around quality documentation and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with quality documentation or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
