Product Manager - onboarding flows (Tampa, FL)

Rivermark Field Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Tampa. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of about 296 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around online orders and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with online orders or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
