Product Manager - onboarding flows (Tampa, FL)

Bright Meadow Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Tampa. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around customer onboarding and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with customer onboarding or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
