Product Manager - onboarding flows (Tampa, FL)

Stonegate Fox Insurance Group provides coverage to households and businesses around Tampa. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around premium billing and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
