Product Manager - onboarding flows (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Bright Cobalt Pharma Group and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around release testing and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with release testing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
